Breathe Here Now Fitness is my vision for creating a better relationship with the bodyminds of of our seemingly separate selves, and as a result, a better relationship with Big Self (the world). I seek to create balance between yin and yang energies in the body (and by extension the world) through yoga, tai chi breathing, and more yang forms of functional movement such as bodyweight, Trx, and kettlebell exercises, as well as some traditional weight lifting and rehabilitation. Above all I believe in making progress in exercise and life by being kind to oneself and making sustainable changes. There is no better way to do that than to to have fun with movement while being in communion with another evolved being (me).
