Breathe Here Now Fitness is my vision for being the change I wish to see in the world. I seek a better relationship with myself so that I can teach my clients to have a better relationship with themselves, in the hope that our efforts can ripple outwards and we can all have a better relationship with Big Self (the world). I seek to create balance between yin and yang energies in the body (and by extension the world) through yin and yang forms of functional movement that come from diverse parts of the world.* I believe in making progress in exercise and life by being kind to yourself and making sustainable changes. There is no better way to do that than to to have fun with movement while being in communion with another evolving being (me).
*Yin forms of exercise include Qi Gong, yoga, animal flow, and resistance flexibility. Yang forms of strength training utilize Trx, kettlebells, Dumbbells, VIPR, bodyweight training, and corrective exercises for rehabilitation.
